Rinnai RU series tankless come in a number of sizes to address climates from Southern Florida to Northern Canada. If your incoming water temp is constantly fairly warm you can go with the RU130 making out at 130,000 Btu/h. If you live somewhere where snow coats the ground 6 months of the year you would likely want the RU199 with 199,000 Btu/h to really add some heat to the cold water.
